Probes do not charge

Find out some suggestion to solve this issue.

 

  • Attach the probes to the charging station, which should be connected to a source of energy (by USB cable to connect it to your PC or by cable to a power socket). 

  • Check if the Power LED is on. If it's not, maybe some electrical component of the charging station is compromised. A good way to test this scenario would be to try and plug the charging station to different power supplies or to try other cables, as long as they are of the same kind as the one provided with Teethan (USB - USB Type A)

  • Check if probes LED is on and colored of blue, without any blinking.
