USB receiver not detected

Find out how to solve this issue.

• Check that the receiver is properly connected to a freeUSB port of your laptop.

• Make sure that the receiver LED is colored of green without any blinking.
  
  

• From Windows' Start Menù, search for "Device Manager"

• Explode the COM Port voice of the list and verify if there's a device called USB Serial Port.
