Find out how to solve this issue.

- Check that the receiver is properly connected to a freeUSB port of your laptop.
- Make sure that the receiver LED is colored of green without any blinking.

- From Windows' Start Menù, search for "Device Manager"
- Explode the COM Port voice of the list and verify if there's a device called USB Serial Port.
