Find out some suggestion to solve this issue.
An easy way to assess this kind of issue is to put the probes back on their charging station, connect it to a power supply and see if there is an unusual blinking of the LED or if their LED turns blu. In the latter case, the issue may be related to a lack of charge of the probes. Charging them for 3 to 4 hours should be enough to see if that's really the case.
Make sure, also, that the surface of the magnet on the charging station ("Swipe for activation grey rectangle") is not scratched, which may impair the proper magnetic activation of the probes.
